Best Buy Metals “Show Us Your Swag” Contest Rules and Eligibility:
This contest is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Employees of Best Buy Metals, their immediate family members (spouse, parents, children, siblings, and their respective spouses), and those living in the same household are not eligible to enter.
Entry Period:
The contest begins on June 17, 2024 and ends on July 1, 2024 at 5PM ET.
How to Enter:
No purchase necessary to win.
During the contest period, take a picture of yourself using or wearing your Best Buy Metals prize from JFEST (hat, umbrella, mug). If you don’t have a prize from JFEST please see alternate entry method.
Email the picture to JFESTcontest@bestbuymetals.com with the subject line “Show Us Your Swag Contest.”
Limit one entry per person.
Alternate Entry Method:
Send a prepaid addressed envelope with letter/message for why you should be selected to win to JFEST contest c/o Best Buy Metals – 1668 S Lee Hwy, Cleveland, TN 37311. Limit one entry per person.
Selection of Winner:
One winner will be randomly selected from all valid entries received during the contest period.
The winner will be notified by email within [2] days of the contest closing.
Terms of Prize Delivery:
Winner must take position of prize from a Best Buy Metals location within 10 business days after notice of being selected. Winner will be responsible for contacting Best Buy Metals either by phone at 800-728-4010 or email at JFESTcontest@bestbuymetals.com to arrange for pickup at one of the Best Buy Metals locations of their choice. Those locations can be found here https://www.bestbuymetalroofing.com/store-finder/ for our stores in Tennessee (Chattanooga, Cleveland, Knoxville), Georgia (Dalton), North Carolina (Ashville, Charlotte), and South Carolina (Greenville)
Prize:
The winner will receive a 75 quart GRIZZLY cooler with an approximate value of $399.99.
No prize substitutions or cash equivalents will be allowed.
General Conditions:
By entering the contest, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Best Buy Metals, which are final and binding in all respects.
Best Buy Metals reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these Official Rules or that is otherwise inappropriate or offensive.
Best Buy Metals reserves the right to modify these Official Rules at any time without prior notice.
Winners are responsible for all taxes and fees associated with the prize.
This contest is void where prohibited by law.

By entering the “Show Us Your Swag” Contest, you grant Best Buy Metals a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use your name, likeness, and photo submission (collectively, “Entry Materials”) for marketing and promotional purposes in any media format, including but not limited to social media, website, email, and print materials. You understand and agree that your Entry Materials may be edited, cropped, or modified for these purposes.
This license will continue in perpetuity unless you opt-out. You may opt-out of having your Entry Materials used for marketing purposes at any time by sending an email to JFESTcontest@bestbuymetals.com with the subject line “Opt-Out – Show Us Your Swag Contest.”
