Tell me about one customer’s experience you’ll never forget?
I assisted a very kind elderly lady with picking out the product and color for her roof. When the project was completed. She came back in the store saying how pleased she was with the way everything turned out, showed me pictures of her new roof and gave me a big thank you hug.

How do you energize your team?
It depends on the situation, sometimes it’s Red Bull slushies from Sonic. Other times it’s throwing down a challenge, or giving sincere appreciation for their hard work.
