What is your motivating factor every day?
People. Caring and providing for my family at home. The opportunity to work alongside the amazing individuals at Best Buy Metals. Serving our valued customers. Remove any of those components and it no longer works.

What inspired you to want to become a leader at Best Buy Metals?
Best Buy Metals is a tremendous company to work for with endless opportunities to serve others, learn, and grow. After several years moving up through sales, it made sense to step into a role where I had even greater opportunities to help others and lead.
