Danielle leads Best Buy Metals Nationwide and it’s tech-based team in the facilities adjacent to our Cleveland, TN headquarters. Danielle is passionate about her team; leading, teaching, and guiding them to be incredible customer-serving individuals.

What is your motivating factor every day?
Each day I get to wake up and work for a company I love while helping people purchase, in most cases, a roof that is a huge decision for them. Getting them the right system that falls within their budget is of utmost importance.

What inspired you to want to become a leader at Best Buy Metals?
After spending 10 years in sales and honing my craft, I wanted to have a greater impact for my division and for my peers. I had a desire to inspire and help others grow within Best Buy Metals and experience the same success that I have had over the years. I believe my time in sales has given me a unique perspective on how to serve the sales team well and how to navigate the industry effectively.
